It’s about time we stop pouring billions of taxpayer dollars into Ukraine’s war and start pushing for a real ceasefire

Trump talking to Putin directly is a step in the right direction—diplomacy over endless intervention. The U.S. has no business being the world’s police, and this conflict should be settled without dragging American resources into it. Let Europe handle its own backyard instead of expecting us to foot the bill. If this call actually leads to de-escalation, that’s a win for common sense and for keeping America out of unnecessary foreign entanglements. Hopefully, this means we’re finally shifting away from the failed neocon war policies that both parties have pushed for decades.
