As for the West, they’ll express concern, but realistically, no one’s going to intervene directly because that would escalate things beyond Ukraine. The US and NATO will likely keep doing what they’ve been doing—sanctions, sending weapons, but nothing that risks a full-blown war with Russia. At the end of the day, it’s just another reminder that international politics is more about survival than morality. North Korea and Russia are just playing the game.
